This is a product walk-through to learn more about how to use Pay Bills. If you have specific questions or are experiencing any issues, please contact our support team.
Here's how to connect with an expert:
- Go to your Pay Bills dashboard.
- Select Support at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Click Connect with an expert on the right of your screen.
4. You'll be prompted to fill out your details in the pop-up message. We’ll have your email address saved from when you signed up. You can edit it to enter a different email address if preferred.
5. If you’re happy to be reached by phone, leave us your number. If you do, you’ll be able to choose a good time to call you– morning or afternoon.
6. Click Submit request.
That’s it! Lookout for an email or phone call from us to schedule your demo.
Important note: See the Connect with an expert button on your dashboard?
You can also connect with an expert from your dashboard, but only until you’ve successfully scheduled a payment or already requested to connect with an expert.
At the bottom right of your dashboard, click Connect with an expert.
Scheduling a demo from the email
After requesting to connect with an expert, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can schedule your demo directly from the email you receive.
Here's how:
1. When you receive your confirmation email, click Schedule a Call.
2. You’ll be taken to Calendly.com where you can choose a date and time that works for you. Click Next.
3. Confirm your details and click Schedule event.
4. You’ll receive a new confirmation email, and can cancel the demo from there if needed.
