There are a few reasons your payment may have been unsuccessful, such as:

 

Non-business transaction

Pay Bills is only authorized for payments between businesses. If either side of the transaction is a personal account, the payment won’t be successful.

 

Fraud risk

To protect your safety and security, we run thorough background checks to try and weed out any potential fraud.

 

Unverified

Your business may not have enough information about it publicly available, restricting our ability to verify its legitimacy.
