Having trouble adding a credit card to Pay Bills? Then you've probably seen the error message below. We're here to help.

This issue may be because:
1. The card is a prepaid debit card (which we don't support at this time).
2. The credit card is a personal card, where Pay Bills can only process commercial, corporate, or business credit cards.
3. Incorrect address. Make sure that the zip code you entered is 5 digits and unhyphenated.
