Live chat

Use live chat to talk to customer support (during operating hours). 

NOTE: Support operating hours.

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 8PM EST. Closed on Federal Holidays.

Here's how to find it:

1. Log into Pay Bills.

2. Click the support bubble at the bottom of the left sidebar OR click Settings in the left sidebar.

3. Click Support.

4. Under Contact Us, click Start a chat to open live chat. Our customer support team will be there to help you.

Submit a request

You also have the option to submit a request to the support team outside of operating hours. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours of operating hours.

To do so:

1. Go to the Pay Bills help center.

2. In the upper corner of the screen, click Submit a Request.
