More about how Pay Bills secures your checks
Pay Bills takes every precaution to help keep your checks secure. Here’s how:
- Your info is secure - Your bank details are never on the check, helping protect you from fraud and check forgery.
- Continuous monitoring - You get updated when the checks are sent and deposited.
- End-to-end handling - Pay Bills prints and sends bounce-proof checks to your vendor, and can handle potential issues. Voiding a check is free.
Important: Check fees are only collected once the checks are sent
The fee on a check is only charged when that check is sent to your customer (after payment is deducted). At that stage, it’s not possible to issue a refund.
Pay Bills keeps your checks secure from the issue date until they’re delivered to your vendor
Why do checks cost $1.50?
Pay Bills check protection covers printing, postage, and handling. There is also an additional layer of security to sending checks with us—your bank details are never on the check, helping protect you from fraud and check forgery.
