More about how Pay Bills secures your checks

Pay Bills takes every precaution to help keep your checks secure. Here’s how:

  • Your info is secure - Your bank details are never on the check, helping protect you from fraud and check forgery.
  • Continuous monitoring - You get updated when the checks are sent and deposited.
  • End-to-end handling - Pay Bills prints and sends bounce-proof checks to your vendor, and can handle potential issues. Voiding a check is free.

Important: Check fees are only collected once the checks are sent

The fee on a check is only charged when that check is sent to your customer (after payment is deducted). At that stage, it’s not possible to issue a refund.
